1. NANYA company was set up in 1994, now has two factories, one is in Guangzhou City mainly for technical research and development, one is in Foshan City mainly for machine and mold fabrication, totally covering over 27,000 square meters and exporting over 50 countries and regions. Now its one of the earliest and biggest pulp molding machines manufactures in China. We keep reaching to improve machine stability, lower production cost saving and production safety.
2. Currently our company mainly make the following pulp molding machines:
(1) Semi automatic tableware machines & automatic tableware machines & tableware machine with smart robots;
(2) Pulp molding machines for egg tray/egg carton/fruit tray;
(3) Pulp molding machines for general quality(non-thermoforming)industrial packages;
(4) Pulp molding machines for finery quality(thermoforming)industrial packages, hot press machines, edge trimming machine, lamination machine, moulds
3. Our R&D technician team have more than 50 people, they have rich experience at paper making /mechanical design/ pneumatic/ thermal engineering/ environmental engineering and mold design.
4. NANYA has established long term cooperation with renowned universities, Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) and South China University of Technology (SCUT). We together develop and apply the advanced technology at home and abroad these years.
5. NANYA adopts the international brands for spare parts and auxiliary equipment, such as Siemens/Schneider /Festo, etc, which ensures the machine stability and durability.
6. NANYA has exported machines and moulds to more than 50 countries and regions and enjoys high reputation among customers. We keep good relationship with our customers and never have legal dispute with any customer. Usually the customers who bought our machines will come back to us when they add machine to expand capacity in future.
