JR series full-automatic blowing machine can blow hollow plastic vessels of various calibers. The moving parts adopt boundary lubricating bearing and straight line guide rail pair (Japanese slider) connection; mechanical collision adopt buffer (Japanese), thus the mechanical noise is low, the fault rate is low and the service life is long. The unique blowing machine design make it has a quite high yield rate. The operation of JR series machine is fully controlled by computer; the action is accurate and reliable. The humane operation and machine running monitoring are realized through human-machine interface.
