Rubber banbury mixer( internal mixer) mainly used for rubber mixing,plasticating and final mixing.
Best operation environment:Altitude<1000m,5ºC Supply power:AC380/220,50Hz;
Cooling water:Temperature25±5ºC;Pressure0.3~0.4MPa;
Compressed air:Pressure0.6~0.8MPa;
Adopted with pneumatic upper ram to control the plunger's rise and fall
Mixing chamber is a structural part,mixing chamber wall is drilled and the
cooling water can pass through,mixing chamber inwall overlaying hard
alloy ,thickness for 5mm. The surface of the piston rod with hard
chrome plating.
Electrical control system by dc speed regulating device control
the speed of the rotor.Rotor bearing,reducer high speed shaft,
motor bearing and motor coil are equipped with temperature
testing point,overtemperature alarm.
The main motor's power is 500kw.
