The supper high efficient activated carbon (HeAC) filter is produced with the UNI-CHEAC technology.

The filter production and synthetic technology has been developed by a team composed of several top-grade activated carbon and chemical experts of China. Just R&D alone cost the them about 5 years. Based on this technology, the adsorption result of this super HeAC filter is more than hundred times that of normal AC filter, which completely reach or even much more efficient than that of ultrafiltration membrane and ceramic membrane filter to achieve.

It integrates high-efficiency filtration and super-absorption into one set which functions as that of multi-stage purification can do, or even better, and make the whole operation become easy and convenient.

Through optimized and improved the production, the filter, with huge specific surface (>1000m2/g), is given the edge in strong mechnical strength, dense structure,light specific gravity, well designed and developed pore structure, as well as capacity of heat-resistant, boiling water resistant and acid and alkali resistant, and moderate water resistance.
Being with super adsorption capacity, it can efficiently remove toxic and harmful substances in water, such as various chlorine disinfection by-products, organic pollutants, heavy metals and other harmful substances, and secondary pollutants from the pipeline or storage tanks.
Being with high filtration efficiency, it can reach or even exceed the filtration effect of ultrafiltration membrane or ceramic membrane.
Can bear higher pressure for its high mechanical strength.
Keeping beneficial trace elements and minerals staying in water.
Due to its unique integrated embedded discharge sterilization technology with high sterilization rate; the filter can effectively kill common viruses, bacteria and microorganisms in water.
Being with large capacity of water treatment, and its resistance can be adjusted according to demand.

Application:
It has already been widely used in the aerospace field and military field. Now it is coming into household market.
