We can Supply Heavy Duty Cut to Length Line (max. thickness: 25mm, with the width is 2200mm)
Main Feature:
This Cut to Length Line is used for processing the hot rolled steel coils less than 25mm thickness through decoiling, leveling, and cutting and then turned into flattened steel plated with desired length with semi-automatization. It adopts centralized control by PLC, with single, manual & automatic operation. Equips with the touch screen, the operations of charging, feeding, edge trimming, cutting numbers, cutting length & adjustment of the leveling rollers are much more convenient. Also because of the centralized control of the whole line, it can adjust the line speed in accordance for meeting different demands of variable thickness.
This line is compact in structure & arrangement. The measuring device equips with encoder for high precision of cutting length. And the thin plate is also available to getting the perfect leveling via adjusting the leveling machine angular mechanism.
