SQUARE CUT CINNAMON
Square-cut cinnamon, also known as "cassia cinnamon," is a variety of cinnamon derived from the bark of the Cinnamomum cassiatree. Unlike its more common counterpart, Ceylon cinnamon, cassia cinnamon is typically darker, thicker, and has a more intense,slightly spicy flavor. Square-cut cinnamon is often used in both sweet and savory dishes, adding a robust and warm spiciness torecipes. It's commonly found in Asian cuisine and is a popular ingredient in baked goods, beverages, and spice blends.

Step 3: Drying Process and check moisure under 13% (qualified)
Step 4: Cut products according to customer's required size
Step 5: Storage/ Export
