High Efficiency Dust Classifier

It is simple and compact, can be used for sieving, drying and de-fines.

1. Working principle

We add the washing board at the feeding section, to realize polishing treatment of particles through high intensity reciprocating vibration. Besides, it is equipped with fluidized bed and air heater. Material is turning around continously on the fluidized bed for fluidization, remove moisture and fines on the particle surface under the shearing action of high-speed hot air, and eliminate electrostatic adsorption of powder by virture of ion neturalization static electricity. What's more, the discharging section is equipped with water jacket to cool by feeding cool water.

2. Characteristics

1) With the special design of double-mass resonance structure, it can realize stable reciprocating vibration under natural frequency, distinctly different from the traditional sieving force transmission mode by forced straight vibration.

2) With function modularization design, it can be equipped with different modules according to different demands.
