High Performance bulletproof UD UHMWPE Armor material

Unidirectional UHMWPE UD armor material is a fabric that fibers are arranged in a criss-cross (0°/90°) orientation and fixed with adhesives. Due to the special arrangement of fibers, UD armor material shows excellent ability in energy absorption and shock resistance, it is much more suitable for manufacture of body armor than the woven UHMWPE fabric.

We - Hunan Zhongtai Special Equipment Co., Ltd - are specializing in R&D, manufacture and marketing of UHMWPE fiber, UD armor material, bullet proof vest and its related safety protection products. We are proud of possessing our own intellectual property rights on industrialized production of UHMWPE fiber and UD armor material.

ZT series UD armor material is manufactured from our own ZTX series UHMWPE fiber, with special adhesive and techniques. The UD armor material is CONTINUOUS, winded around a cylinder, the continuous fabric is convinient for further process, more flexible cut and material-saving than sheets fabric.
