Due to the requirement on high temperature resistant , carbon fiber exhaust pipes are normally made of carbon fiber resin raw finish , without clear coat painting .

carbon fiber exhaust pipes as shown are made of roll-wrapping technology with carbon fiber prepreg material . In order to reduce the weight of carbon fiber exhaust pipes , they are normally designed with 1mm thickness , not more than 3mm .

Regular carbon fiber exhaust pipes are made of length from 100mm , 150mm , 200mm or 330mm . Lengths can be cut according to request .
