1) The installation should be arranged according to the construction drawing, and the distribution cabinet should be placed on the foundation steel one by one in order. The verticality of the cabinet and the side of the cabinet can be adjusted by adding padding iron, but not more than three pieces, and welded firmly. After the tables of the row cabinet are in place, the level and disk deviation of the distribution cabinet should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the construction code. (2) The installation should be embedded in the box, and the rear panel should be flat with the wall; The wall hanging type and the distribution cabinet can be fixed on the wall with expansion bolts, but the hollow brick or block wall should be embedded with dovetail bolts or fixed with pull bolts. When the switchgear adjustment is finished, bolt the switchgear cabinet body and the foundation steel for fastening. (3) The points for attention of the grounding of the distribution cabinet are as follows: Each distribution cabinet is separately connected with the foundation steel, and copper wire can be used to reliably connect the PE row in the distribution cabinet with the grounding bolt, and spring washers must be added for anti-looseness treatment. Each cabinet door shall be securely connected with the PE row by copper braid. IV. When the top of the distribution cabinet is connected to the busbar, attention should be paid to the use of the busbar supporting wrench for fastening according to the requirements, and the contact surface should be coated with neutral vaseline. When connecting the busbar between the distribution box and the distribution cabinet, pay attention to whether the busbar is too close to other devices or the shell, and pay attention to the correct phase.
