Hot Melt Adhesive for Bookbinding

Application: Designed as spine glue for perfect binding of books, magazines and notebooks in medium to high speed ranges. Mainly used in textbooks, wood-free paper, 80g-120g of writing paper adhesive.

Properties: Good melting properties, excellent adhesion.

Softening point (R&B):80 C ; Toxicity:innocuity

Open time: 15—20 second Viscosity:3000 500CPs/165C

Setting time: 10—15 second

Suggested running temperature:165-175C

Package:25kg /bag.

Storage:Store in a clean, dry area.

Storage cycle:18 months.

Note:

Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when working around hot melt machine.If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down below 120C or turn off the machine. Regularly maintaining and cleaning machine.
