Insulation Piercing Connectors mainly comprise an insulating shell, piercing blade, waterproof rubber pad, and torque bolt. And the piercing connector has the following characteristics:

Ⅰ. Puncture structure, simple installation, no need to strip the insulated wire;

Ⅱ. Torque nuts, and constant piercing pressure, ensure good electrical connection without damaging the cables,

Ⅲ. Self-sealing structure, moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, prolong the service life of insulated wires and clamps

Ⅳ. Adopt a special contact blade, suitable for copper (aluminum) butt joints and copper-aluminum transition

Ⅴ. The electrical contact resistance is small, the contact resistance is less than 1.1 times the resistance of the equal-length branch wire, which meets the DL/T765.1-2001 standard

Ⅵ. Special insulating shell, anti-light and environmental aging, dielectric strength>12KV

Arc surface design, suitable for the same (different) diameter wire connection, wide connection range (0.75mm2-400mm2)
