The Integrated formation and grading system for pouch lithium power cell machine is mainly used for the integrated formation and grading system for pouch li-ion power cell. The formation process is in heating and pressing condition with adjustable pressure to improve the performance of cell and shorten the battery production cycle; After the formation process, the robotics will transfer the cells to grading JIG. The grading JIG adopts constant temperature control, and the temperature consistency is within ±2 ℃, which solves the problem of uneven heat dissipation of the battery during the grading process. The integrated formation and grading system for pouch li-ion power cell adopts pressing and constant temperature charging and discharging modes to improve the efficiency, reduce the number of battery handling, increase the qualification rate, and improve battery quality. Product with CE, UL certification which is trusted by top industry players across Aisa, Europe etc.
