HP Cell VITARAN J is PN(Polynucleotide) intra-articular injection for osteoarthritis.

It is injected into the synovial(joint) cavity and reduces mechanical friction of the joint by maintaining its volume and shape for a certain period.

PN(Polynucleotide) - Safe material 95% similar to human DNA

PN is a DNA polymer extracted from salmon/trout fish and is a safe material similar to human DNA base.

BR PHARM's PN raw material approved DMF(Drug Master File) from MFDS(Korea FDA) has been proven effectiveness and safety.

Polynucleotide(PN) – Help with lubrication and buffering by viscous gel

• PN(Polynucleotide) is DNA polymer, it is viscoelastic gel texture like HA.
When it is injected to synovial cavity. PN can fill the narrowed joint cavity by increasing its volume through hydration with synovial fluid inside.

• Injected PN maintains 3D gel structure reduces the mechanical friction of the joint area and reduces pain.

• PN is dissolved naturally after a certain period by degrading enzyme in synvial cavity. Dissolved nucleotides are used for DNA formation and making up the cell matrix, it provides nutrients to restore physiological environment in the joint (Giarratana et al, 2014; Zagyva et al, 2013)
