- It’s an isothiazolinone based broad spectrum biocides, and the active ingredients are 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CMIT/MIT), which content is 14%. It is a broad-spectrum, highly effective biocide against many kinds of bacteria, fungi, yeasts and algal growth. The product with good stability, free of formaldehyde, good compatibility, environment acceptance and cost effective, can be widely used in industrial circulating water, papermaking, coatings and paints, detergents and cosmetics, leather, textile, metal cutting fluids, etc.
