The flour is Australian and the Noodles are aged and kneaded several times, so they don't spread easily when boiled and the texture is chewy and tender.
It is a process that strengthens the gluten in the flour by adding enough moisture during the kneading process, and ages the noodles at the right temperature for a long time, making the noodles chewy but soft.
These 500g noodles are produced by a 75-year-old Korean noodle manufacturer.
Serves 2 -3 people, 200g per serving, cooked in boiling water for 4 minutes, rinsed in cold water and served hot or cold, or as bibimbap noodles with spicy sauce such as gochujang.
