KCF nut locator(location pin) is a kind of insulated welding guide pins made from KCF special alloy material. It has a special insulated surface and this insulated surface is a film growing from alloy base inside, not an external insulation coating.

KCF guide pins(location pins)had been being used for locating threaded or non-threaded nuts to eliminate arcing or powerful electric current threaded damage, protecting screw thread during the resistance welding process.

We can make all types of welding guide sleeves according to your requirements. Show your drawings, then we complete the rest work.
