This product is a new generation of safe, reliable and efficient visual dehydration and drying pipes that have been intensively researched and designed by our company. It is the first in China. It has the common characteristics of similar products at home and abroad, is comparable to imported products from abroad, and has many advantages such as long service life, low regeneration frequency, ultra-fine dehydration, and appearance. This product contains desiccants such as molecular sieve or silica gel.This product is made of transparent glass, which is clear and intuitive.

Conditions of use and parameters：

Water content of gas to be purified：≤1000ppm

Regeneration temperature：200～320℃(extratubular regeneration）

Service temperature：room temperature

Working pressure：≤0.6Mpa

Purification depth：dew point～70℃

Molecular sieve loading：large:300g、middle:150g、small:100g

Interface：ɸ3mm、 ɸ6mm 、ɸ6.35mm Ferrule joint Swagelock joint

Gas flow：≤2000ml／min(large)、≤1000ml／min（middle）、≤500ml/min(small)

Tube size：large L390mm,ɸ49mm、middle L390mm,ɸ36mm、small L330mm,ɸ43mm

use method：

1. Check whether the purification tube is intact before use.
2. After the drying tube works for a period of time, the drying efficiency is reduced and it is stopped. Pour out the desiccant in the tube, dry it in an oven at 200 - 300℃, and refill it into the drying tube before continuing to use it.
