Description of LC12 Two-Component Solvent Free Silicone Conformal Coating
This product is a two-component solvent free silicone based conformal coating. For convenience storage, it's designed as two-component, adding B component crosslinking agent, it can be stored for seven days when sealed without water.
It does not contain solvents, environmental friendly, good adhesion, high strength, high hardness, resistance to cold and hot shock, resistance to high and low temperature, moisture-proof, radiation protection, insulation, transparent flame retardant and other characteristics. It's suitable for hybrid integrated circuit boards, automotive electronic control board, aviation instrument panel, flexible circuit board, the computer control panel, semiconductor crystal line protection; In LED module display sealing, due to high refractive index, it can prevent lamp bead color temperature drift well and will not affect the lamp lumens of pearl.

LC12-2: Cured by UV light source. After UV light source is cured, the surface is slightly sticky. It can also be baked at 130 degrees for 2-3 minutes, so that the surface is completely dry and easy to enter the next process, and then placed at room temperature for 72 hours until it's fully cured.
