Brief Introduction: The product is a type of cation exchange resin with the carboxylic acid radical(-COOH) on macroporous crylic acid copolymet which is used for industrial wastewater disposal ,especially for removing bicarbonate, carbonate and other basic salt .It can also be used for recovery processing of zinc and nickel waste solution and purification of biochemical drug. LH113 resin series are made up of three types, LH113 is a kind of commonly used products, LH113FC is widely used in front room bed and fluidized bed system and LH113SC is applied to bunk bed system. 2. Reference Indices for Operation: 1) PH Range: 4-14 2) Maximum operating temperature: Cl form≤100℃ 3) Swelling %: Na+→H+≤70 4) Operating capacity: 25℃≥l000mmol/l(wet) 5) Bed depth: 1.0-3.0m 6) Regenerat: NaOH:2-4% 7) Amount of regenerating solution: HC1(4%) volume :resin volume=2-3:1 8) Flow rate of regenerating solution: 4-6m/h 9) Regenerating contact time : 30-50 minutes 10)Conventional well-flushing flow rate: 15~25 m/h 11)Conventional well-flushing time: about 30minutes 12)Operating flow rate:15-45m/h
