With the features of easy operation, robustness and durability, jaw crusher is suitable for batch and continuous crushing of bulk raw materials and widely used in primary crushing of in ore, coal, metallurgic, glass, ceramic, building and chemical material etc and in research fields such as geographical exploration, geology and mineralogy and so on.
Material is crushed in wedge-shaped crushing chamber which is formed by fix jaw and movable jaw. With eccentric drives at top and support of adjustment system at bottom, the movable jaw can make eccentric crushing. This special geometry provides elliptical motion to movable jaw at outlet and the top of crusher. The in-feed samples slide continuously to the bottom of wedge-shaped crushing chamber and finally to outlet after being crushed. The gap of inlet can be adjusted via holding brake. The jaw crusher consists of followings:
V-belt transmission and three phase motor. There is V-belt driven protector outside of machine.
Eccentric shaft is installed at bearing with sealed ends and permenant lubrication.
Articulated crushing wall is easy to be cleaned and checked.
Both fix jaw and movable jaw are made in cast steel. Jaws in special material is available and optional.
Outlet gap is adjustable via holding brake.
Plug-in collection hopper.
Switch box with motor protection replay, safety relay for monitoring plug-in hopper, transfer switch, 6 meters length power cord with plug.
