Our vertical stages use high precision crossed roller guides to ensure high accuracy and smooth motion. The vertical stage is shipped complete with a fine adjustment micrometer drive. The micrometer head offers 10 mm of fine positional adjustment with a 10 µm graduated scale.
The main material of the vertical translation stage is aluminum alloy, so the weight of vertical stage is very light and the stage can be easily built in other equipment.
The mounting hole pattern for the z stage is compatible with other size components. The vertical stage can be easily stacked to xz, xyz and xyzθ configuration with our x stages, xy stages or rotation stages.
