Design goal：

The machine is developed for new product of laboratory or food producer, used for defining sterilizing formula of new Product, simulates sterilizing environment during actual production to the maximum, tests F value for batch production, defines product in test, and improves finished product rate during batch production.

This machine is designed for the lab and the food manufacture which develop the new products.

It emulates the sterilization process of the bulk production(hot water spray sterilization) or test the proper F value for the different foods to reduce the consumption of the foods,enhance the rate of finished products.

Working principle

The electric steam generator produce steam inside the autoclave to sterilize the food.

The cooling water inlet the autoclave directly to cool down quickly.
