Properties: L-lactic acid powder is one kind of natural L-lactic acid powder made of glucose , is the mixture of L-lactic acid & L- Calcium lactate. It is white granules or powder
Specification: all kinds of lactic acid powders with varied acid ratios, or following your demands.
(1) Food grade lactic acid: 58-62%; Calcium lactate: 35-39%.
(2) Food grade lactic acid: 53-57%; Calcium lactate: 40-45%.
(3) feed grade lactic acid: 50-55%; silicon dioxide: 36-40%.
(4 )feed grade L-lactic acid: ≥ 33%; formic acid: ≥ 5.25%;
Calcium salt +silicon salt: ≥ 40%.
Uses: lactic acid powder can offer performances of liquid lactic acid and natural fruit taste. It contains essential calcium ions.
It can be used as additive of food or feed to improve taste and increase shelf life, including canned food, bread, flour,cake, and feed industry. It also can be used as flavoring agent of food to adjust sour taste of solid and powdery food. Besides, it also can increase shelf life of food.
