Diameter of core drill 25-250mm, upto 300mm, and length 500mm, upto 600mm.

For ring segment 25-50mm

For normal segment 50-250mm, upto 300mm

SHMOUNTAIN LASER WELDING MACINE FEATURES & FUNCTION

HMI + computer modification system+ alarm system+ PLC control

Touch screen: Easy Storing and Setting of welding conditions such as laser source power, tube diameter, segment length and so on.

Language: Chinese and English (other language option)

Core drill loading: Manual

Belt conveyor: belt transport the segment.

Gripper : auto take the segment and precise segment position

Welding positioning: Control by servo motor

Laser source: Chinese brand

Cooling: air + cooling water(cooling chiller)
