Product Introduction:

The PL2000 model Rock drilling machine for blasting is mounted on (48T-65T) excavators for use in a variety of hard rock square mining projects, to solve the hard rock efficient and environmentally friendly mining program. Use all of its power and exceptional mobility; it can be used in a range of challenging outdoor working environments; its original L-type triangular swing articulation structure is a stable and durable structure that can be adjusted to a variety of construction angles; it is also lightweight and portable; its backpack circuit and hydraulic system make it easy to overhaul and maintain, among other features. An extremely dependable wireless remote control with several channels is used to operate the equipment. To obtain the impact of high-efficiency rock static blasting, a 35KW hydraulic rock drill is used for the initial rock drilling. After that, the P300 three-stage pressurization system is used to pressurize the ultra-strong splitter twice into the hole splitting process.

With an excavator's hydraulic drive, its high-efficiency hydraulic rock drill fully reflects the high economic cost of drilling. Its hydraulic drive air compressor is more stable than a standard diesel-driven independent air compressor, requires less maintenance, and is more economical. In order to increase their durability, splitting blocks are produced from imported alloy forging material using an advanced heat treatment procedure.

Hydraulic booster

The two chambers of the piston (plunger) in the two-stage pressurized cylinder are not equal to the region of action, converting low-pressure hydraulic components into ultra-high-pressure ones on the basis of adding a supercharger.
