2.产品概述

HPD05 PM2.5传感器模块采用光散射原理来测量空气中的灰尘浓度，该模块内置红外发射器和高灵敏度光电接收传感器，红外发射器发出光，并且该光遇上灰尘会产生苏格兰光，光电接收传感器检测到的苏格兰光强度反映了空气中的灰尘浓度，HPD05有两种输出电流浓度数据的方法，一种是PWM信号（信号的宽度为值，1ms = 1ug / m3），另一种是IIC信号（单位为ug / m3）。

HPD05可用于空气滤清器，具有净化功能的空调，新鲜空气系统和空气质量检测设备。

检测原理

根据光散射原理，发射器发射光，并且光与尘埃相遇而产生苏格兰光，高灵敏度光电接收传感器检测到苏格兰光的强度，然后输出强度信号，电流与大小成正比。信号强度的高低，电流经过放大器放大并由CPU校准，最后输出数字PWM信号或粉尘浓度的IIC数据。

b。IIC信号输出：

通过IIC读取HPD05的寄存器，外部CPU可以获得灰尘浓度的数据值。通过IIC接口直接读取HPD05内部寄存器，主机可以获得灰尘浓度的值。

b-1 IIC通信接口：

主机产生八个时钟脉冲以发送8位数据，在SCL的第八个下降沿时，器件将SDA更改为输入引脚，并在SCL的第九个脉冲时读取SDA输入值。在SCL的第9个脉冲之后，如果下一个接收未准备好，则数据接收器将拉低SCL以暂停下一个字节的传输。当接收器释放SCL总线时，数据传输继续。

停止传输信号后，IIC总线处于空闲状态

IIC总线协议定义了两种状态：开始传输（S）和停止传输（P）。开始传输信号：当SCL为高电平时，从高电压到低电压有一个下降的变化

SDA线上的电压。停止传输信号：当SCL为高电平时，SDA线上的电压从低到高都有上升的变化。

信号S或P由主机生成，启动传输信号生成后IIC总线繁忙；停止传输信号后，IIC总线处于空闲状态。

7.注意事项

（1）。HPD05使用电阻器的焦耳加热，会在外壳的内部产生上升气流，因此传感器模块的安装保持垂直，误差小于正负3度。传感器的入口朝下，出口朝上（注：进气口的加热电阻位于下端，以确保进气口和出风口的流动）

（2）。如果套管内部的上升气流影响HPD05的功能，请考虑传感器周围的气流。

（3）。HPD05安装在设备内部，前窗需要装有黑色海绵（靠近传感器，前窗表面不能粘胶），以确保其处于黑暗环境中，减少干扰光的影响。

（4）．HPD05请勿在有机气体和易燃气体的环境中使用。

（5）。清洁镜片表面时，请勿使用有机剂和清洁剂。并且请不要擦伤镜片表面，避免坚硬的物体铲起。可以用蘸有清水的棉签清洁镜头表面，然后再用棉签擦干。不要使用酒精。

（6）。电源电压波动必须控制在50mV以下。

（7）。本产品由于其橡胶外壳而包含导电材料，为了安全起见，建议使用隔离式电源，非隔离式电源需要得到良好的保护。
