As one of the biggest iron cast manufacture, we possess very professional know-how especially in controlling the quality. Since 2000, we have been cooperating with quite a few big companies such as the Korea Precision HNK, Switzerland Mikron ,Taiwan Shengfangfyuan and Japan ect.. The weight of the unit casting product can reach 70 MT. The annual production capacity has exceeded 70,000 metric tons. And all products apply to ISO90001-2000 system. The main products are the 30MT Table Engine , 26MT Body, 45MT Column, Cast Iron Floor Plates40MT and 40MT Base for the machine tool. The material for the iron casting are the HT100(GG10), HT150(GG15), HT200(GG20), HT250(GG25), HT300(GG30) ,HT400(GG40), HT350(GG35) and so on.. We can produce the iron casting according to your drawings.

Our company adopts the most advanced casting process to produce various of casting parts. The adopted material standards can be involved with GB of the State; ASTM & AISI of America; DIN of Germany; JIS of Japan; BS of Britain, etc. The enterprise equipped with excellent investment, casting productive equipment, machining equipment, and up-dated chemical analysis and physical test equipment.
