Color-coated aluminum sheets are painted on the surface of aluminum substrates. Commonly used are fluorocarbon color-coated aluminum coils and polyester color-coated aluminum coils. They are widely used in aluminum-plastic panels, industrial factory floors and walls, roof panels, aluminum louvers, Composite panels, aluminum ceilings, cans, electronic products.

PVDF, or polyvinylidene fluoride, is a highly durable and weather-resistant polymer. When used as an aluminum coating, it forms a protective barrier that protects the metal from UV rays, corrosion, chemicals and abrasion. Not only is this material strong and lightweight, it retains its color and beauty for decades.

PE is an anti-UV coating made from high molecular polymer as monomer and added alkyd resin. According to the glossiness of the coating, it can be divided into matte and glossy. The dense molecular structure makes the paint surface glossy and smooth, ensuring good printing effects on the panel surface. The weather resistance is guaranteed for 8-10 years and is specially used for interior decoration and signboards.

Commonly used alloy numbers for colored aluminum coils include AA1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 3105, 5052, 5005, 5754, 5083, 6061, 6063, 8011, etc.

Characteristics of color-coated aluminum coils:

1. Smoothness: There are no composite high temperature indentations on the surface. There is no residual stress on the board surface and no deformation after shearing.

2. Decoration: Painted with wood grain and stone grain, it has a realistic physical texture and a vivid natural beauty. The patterns can be made randomly, giving customers a wide range of personal choices, enriching the humanistic connotation of the product, and giving people more beautiful enjoyment.

3. Weather resistance: The paint pattern formed by continuous coating and high-temperature baking has high gloss retention, good color stability, and minimal color difference changes. Polyester paint has a 10-year warranty, and fluorocarbon paint has a 20-year or more warranty.

4. Mechanical: Use high-quality aluminum materials, plastics and adhesives, and adopt advanced composite technology. The product has the bending and flexural strength required for decorative panels. Under four-season climate conditions, changes in wind pressure, temperature, humidity and other factors will not cause bending, deformation, expansion, etc.

5. Environmental protection: It is resistant to salt, alkali and acid rain corrosion. It will not corrode or produce poisonous bacteria. It will not release any toxic gases and will not cause corrosion of keels and fixings. It is flame retardant. According to national regulations, it shall not be lower than B1 level.
