The V10FC series Gas Mass Flow Controllers /Meters (hereinafter, referred to as MFC/MFM) were designed to calculate the flow of gases by measuring the differential pressure, pressure and temperature of the laminar flow element. This measurement method combines the features of inherent Linearity, good repeatability, high accuracy as well as little temperature drift. In addition, preheating is not needed.
