Malt milling unit:
Double rollers malt mill,
four rollers for bigger capacity,
as customers requirement, any malt delivery unit, grist hopper and hydrator can be also assorted.

Brew house:
Based on different configuration, the brew house configuration is different. Generally divided into: two vessels, three vessels, four vessels and five vessels (with adjust cooler).
Heating method can be: electric, steam or gas fired etc.
Control level being confirmed as different capacity.

Fermenters:
All fermenter tanks being fabricated as sus 304 stainless steel,
double layered, with inside layer, outer cooling jacket, polyurethane insulation and outer cladding. 60 or 72 degree cone angle.
Beer/yeast outlet port, CIP spray ball.
As customers requirement,
we can add carbonation device etc.

Cooling unit: Glycol liquid tank and chiller, the capacity depends on different capacity and tank quantity.

CIP: alkali tank, acid tank, sterilize tank etc. Capacity decides configuration.

Control:
As customer requirement, the control level can be manual, semi automatic and fully automatic.
