Micro motor polishing tape is made by using advanced precision coating technology to evenly disperse micron, submicron or nanometer grinding micro powder (aluminum oxide) and new polymer adhesive materials, coating them on the surface of high-strength film, and then processing them through high-precision slitting and winding process.

XYT AO Ultra Flexible Abrasives are micron graded abrasives slurry coated on a highly flexible and soft elastic velour film. This flexible abrasive offers a unique flexibility that perfectly follows the shapes of the workedpieces, without creating any sharp or rigid edges.

The main applications are polishing operations and small reparations of moulds and precision mechanic components, painted and coated surfaces, jewellery, watch and medical parts.

It warranties a micro deburring and great polishing actions without affecting the dimensions and shapes of the parts, providing a clean operation since polishing pastes or compounds are not required.
