The company made investment of RMB 12 million in Phase1.Located in Zhucheng Economic Development Zone of Shandong Province, it is adjacent to Zhucheng Railway Station, inter-city bus station and Zhucheng exit of southern line of Ji-Qing Superhighway, enjoying super convenient transportation conditions. The company has 80 employees, including 15 R & D personnel and40 high level technicians. With steady development for many years, it has gradually cultivated a professional technical team and formed industrial economic entity mainly for tire mold industry and integrated with R & D design, production and sales.
The company has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and the dominant products include CNC five-axis milling machine for tire mold pattern, CNC lettering machine, etc. The company has established tire mold pilot plant and is able to provide whole range of production equipment for all steel tire molds-all kinds of CNC machines with independent intellectual property right. The company is also engaged in the maintenance of all kinds of tire molds. Four-coordinates CNC milling machine specially for all steel pattern rings researched and developed by our chief technical officer dramatically improves the production efficiency and is widely recognized by clients.
