Mining and Quarrying Conveyor Primary Belt Cleaner

Types and selection of conveyor belt cleaners:

1.Primary belt cleaner to remove big stufff

2.Secondary cleaner to remove sticky fines.

3.V-plow cleaner to cleaner inside of belt.

4.Brush cleaner to clean chevron or patterned conveyor belt.

Primary Conveyor Belt Scraper

Primary belt cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system, which are installed on the head pulley to provide effective cleaning.

Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.

1. Installation position: head pulley or discharge pulley

2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.

3. Urethane blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.

4. Both single polyurethane blade and segmented uretrhane blade are available.

Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
