LDMAX-12 is a high-performance 12-strand single braid of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) yarns with special coating , being the strongest fiber in its class, and is stronger than the same sized wire rope—but it’s so light, it floats. Made with UHMWPE fiber,LDMAX® is coated, which enhances the fiber’s already high abrasion and cut resistant characteristics.Each strand of rope is covered with UHMWPE yarns to maximize its ultimate strength and improve abrasion performance, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance in even themost demanding applications.
