Multi lane sachet packaging machine performance features:

A. The equipment adopts PLC full computer program control, servo motor film drawing system, color-coded positioning bag length, 7-inch color touch screen human-machine interface for simple and convenient operation, each mechanism of the equipment can be accurately and automatically synchronized, the performance of the whole machine is stable, and maintenance is convenient;

B. The sealing parts are all controlled by independent heating tubes and matching temperature controllers. The sealing is tight and does not leak material. It has high production capacity, fast packaging speed, and the finished bag shape is smooth, uniform and beautiful;

C. Use color mark sensor electric eye tracking to automatically sense the color mark point of the packaging film, with accurate positioning. The bag length can be automatically adjusted on the screen or by adjusting the color mark sensor;

D. Optional color tape printers, laser printers, inkjet printers and other coding equipment;

E. Equipped with a swing-type measuring cup measurement system for granular materials, each column has high weight accuracy, and the measurement system can be adjusted uniformly or individually to facilitate customer operation;

F. The equipment has automatic counting and usage time functions, and users can check it on the touch screen to understand the production situation at any time;

G. Cutting methods include flat cutting/dotted line cutting/pattern cutting/special-shaped cutting, etc.;

H. Linked with supporting equipment such as vacuum feeder and finished product conveyor, it can realize fully automatic sealing, metering and unloading, date coding, easy tearing, automatic transportation of finished products and other production processes, supporting back-end cartoning machines and packaging machines The carton equipment can realize fully automatic material sorting, cartoning, palletizing, etc., with fast production speed, large production capacity and labor saving;
