Shichun multi-functional dispenser SEC-DP300 is equipped with double X double Y double Z axis and marble mounting platform. It adopts linear module and grating scale design, repeatability 0.01mm, maximum speed can reach 1200mm / s, and maximum acceleration can reach 1.2 G. The Z axis can be equipped with a contour scanner and a dispensing valve, respectively. Dispensing and inspection are integrated to improve production efficiency. Configure humanized operation software to improve programming efficiency and user experience. Weighing system, laser height measurement, strip 3D contour detection system, UV curing, etc. are optional. This device can be used for underfill, seal protection, camera module dispensing, solder joint enhanced dispensing, mobile phone frame dot hot melt adhesive, etc.
