Non-Metallic Driven Sprocket for Sludge Collector

The power transferring driven sprocket is consisted of Teeth, body and adaptor according to NH78 type 40T standards.

It is assembled with 4 parts and manufactured with a high strength Nylon material through an injection mold method.

Change of sprocket can be done without separating the axle since the driven sprocket can be disassembled into 4 pieces, making maintenance and repair easy.

The adaptor can be used by various size so to be installed at any axial diameter.

It was designed and produced according to ASME, being perfectly compatible with products made from other manufacturers.

The material is recyclable engineering plastic that does not cause secondary environmental contamination upon discard.
