Nonwoven fabrics rewinding machinedescriptions:

1.Functions: perforating, slitting, counting, rewinding and keeping the side surface neat.

2. The effective breadth 1800mm, the biggest diameter of jumbo roll 1100mm

3.All the rewinding rollers are knurled and plated; and perforation distance within 50cm is controlled by the worm drive gear.

4. Automatic number counting and stop (with inferred)about 3.5kw,380V, 50Hz.

5. Rewinding with adjustable stepless transmission and the speed can be controlled

6. Sync conveyor belt, pneumatic roller, equipped with the tension controlling system on the machine

7. The maximum speed is about 70-100m/min (but it depends on the raw materials), the usual working speed is 80m/min.

8. Rewinding roller is pneumatic with adjustable pressing device. And it is equipped with one piece of 3” (76cm) air swelling shaft.

9. The slitting width can be adjusted as your request, and the minimum slitting width is 50mm, and the diameter of the rewinding part can be controlled within the scope of the biggest 400mm.

10. Equipped with 6 high precision alumina rollers

11. The speed, the perforating, the counting with 10 sets of blades online which the size can be adjusted freely

12. 10 cylinders together with special rubber rollers to control the feeding part

13. The slitting system has the function of auto lift and auto left or right moving

14. It has 2 tension controlling systems, and it adopts the frequency motor to control the speed

15. The whole surface of the machine is antirust and the material is stainless steel. High precision welding and secure bracket make the machine run stably and the machine is not corroded easily

16. Equipped with the whole roller pressing device on the rewinding part.

17. The high quality of standard screws is 45# steel which reaches the sanitary standard

18. Operation and technical manual in English with detailed instructions with troubleshooting guide
