PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One-part Thermally Conductive RTV Silicone Rubber Adhesive & Sealant AP-607 is one (single) component neutral RTV silicone rubber adhesive. It makes condensation reaction through the moisture in the air, produce low molecule and occur crosslinking, finally vulcanized into high performance elastomer. The solidified elastomer has good electrical performance: antiaging, high and low temperature resistance, insulation, no swelling, and has good bonding ability to most metal and non-metal materials, and can use for the sealing of many kinds of electronic components and electronic products, no pollution to surrounding environment.

AP-607 compliances with RoHS directive and other environmental requirements.

APPLICATION

· This product mainly applied for antiflaming, insulating, bonding and heat conduction of electronic components; The insulating, bonding, sealing and heat transferring of semiconductors and thermistors; bonding and insulating of PTC materials, especially suitable for bonding and sealing of which has high demands on thermal conductivity.

HOW TO USE

1. Clean and dry the surface of the sticking object, then cut the muzzle according to the dosage size, you may extrude the glue or use special injector.

2. The thickness of the glue can't be more than 6 mm. It's completely dry after 24 hrs,7 days later the bonding strength gets the highest, please don't press before curing completely.

3. Pay attention to sealing the mouth of the tube if it doesn't use up in one time;Avoid touching eyes when using the glue; Do not be airtight construction and curing process, should keep good ventilated environment.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

According to different demands of customers, we have different packages, the packing are: 45ml, 100ml aluminium tube and 300ml PE tube, etc.. This product is nontoxic and non-dangerous goods, please avoid exposing to sunlight and rains, preserve in shade and keep it dry. The preserve period is 6 months.
