We currently serve world-class customers such as Home Depot, Kroger, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Fred Meyer, Hobby Lobby, Cost Plus World Market, Albertsons, Joann Fabrics, Orchard Supply Hardware (under Lowes) and the list goes on. In our factory and our component sub-factories we have enhanced production and employee satisfaction with vertical and lean manufacturing and assembly processes. We have placed detailed signing in each work station for less wasted movements and more ergonomic handling of our products affording us higher quality and faster production speed resulting in lower costs and less waste, which will help to cut down the cost and share with our customers as well. At the same time, continuous improvement from incoming components quality control, detail instruction and samples for quality criteria and identifcation through the manufacturing process assure the quality control level.The overall return rate keeps 2% or lower.
