1 set of finished circuits boards which can be assemblyed into Portable Power Station products directly in your factories, along with other necessary parts like battery, case, and other structure hardwares. The circuits boards we provided here include:

1. Technical Performance
This product is a control board for the unidirectional inverter series, designed for lithium iron phosphate battery input and AC 220VAC output. It is used to power devices that require AC power from batteries or DC voltage. The product includes various protection functions such as input over/under-voltage, output overload, output overcurrent, over-temperature, short circuit, etc.

5. Protection Performance
A. Input Overvoltage Protection
If DC input voltage is detected above 22.2V for 100ms, the inverter activates overvoltage protection.
B. Input Undervoltage Protection
If DC input voltage is detected below 17.5V for 100ms, the inverter activates undervoltage protection.
C. Input Overcurrent Protection
For the 600W inverter, if DC input current exceeds 39A, the inverter activates overcurrent protection (non-recoverable).
D. Output Overload Protection
If the output power exceeds 600W, the inverter limits power output based on the load. When the actual load surpasses the inverter's output capacity, the output is shut off.
E. Output Overcurrent Protection
For the 600W inverter, if output current exceeds 10A, the inverter activates overcurrent protection (non-recoverable).
F. Overtemperature Protection
If the heatsink temperature exceeds 100 degrees Celsius, the inverter activates overtemperature protection, which is not recoverable.
6. LED Indicators
Both front and rear control stages have LED indicators for fault display. When a fault occurs, the LEDs will blink to indicate the type of fault as follows:
A. Front Stage Fault Indications:
1) Overpower Fault: Fast blink 1 time
2) Overcurrent Fault: Fast blink 2 times
3) DC Board Communication Fault: Fast blink 3 times
4) Overvoltage Fault: Fast blink 4 times
5) Overtemperature Fault: Fast blink 5 times
6) Front and Rear Stage Communication Fault: Fast blink 6 times
7) Fan Abnormality: Slow blink 1 time
8) Undervoltage Abnormality: Slow blink 2 times
9) Temperature Sensor Abnormality: Slow blink 3 times
10) Heatsink High Temperature Abnormality: Slow blink 4 times
B. Rear Stage Fault Indications:
1) Overcurrent Fault: Fast blink 1 time
2) Short Circuit Fault: Fast blink 2 times
3) Overload Fault: Fast blink 3 times
4) Overtemperature Fault: Fast blink 4 times
