?OFTWELL?PFF and EPA-3 series:
are high-performance heat-insulation and noise-absorbing materials developed by our company after painstaking researches. The materials are formed from foamed high molecular polymers that have been chemically bridged, having tiny independent cells. Hence, the materials have very low coefficient of heat conductivity, low hygroscopic coefficient, and can withstand heat or cold, or chemicals. They are also fireproof and can effectively prevent cold surface freezing and heat radiation of thermal systems. Fireproof: The material has a very good fireproof performance. Its combustion property has been tested by National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials and proved to meet hard-to-burn Class B1, as well as GB/T2406-93.
Density of smoke: The material generates little smoke when it is burnt, much lower than the amount stipulated in GB/T8627-1999, and hence is much better than other comparables.
Heat-insulation: The material has a structure with tiny independent cells, having little air convection, and its coefficient of heat conductivity is less than 0.0325W/MK.
Environment-friendly: Part of the material can be recycled and will not pollute the environment. Waterproof: As the material itself is of airtight cell structure, every cell is tightly sealed.
Anti-shock: The material is light with good elasticity. When used as building material, it not only has a heat-insulation function, but also good shockproof property.
Sound insulation: With 100% airtight cells, it has a good sound insulation property, and can be used for prevention of noises.
Buffering: The material has good absorption power, good elasticity and flexibility and is therefore suitable to be used as buffering material.

Low temperature: The material can withstand low temperatures. Its physical property will not change even when the temperature is as low as ?80oC, hence it is a good low-temperature cold-insulation material for refrigeration projects.
Anti-corrosive: The material is high molecular polymer, and can withstand oil, acid, alkali, and other chemicals.
Non-toxic: No toxic gas will be generated when the material is processed, engineered, or burnt.
Weather resisting property: The material is added with UV absorbent, and has a good weather resisting property. It is suitable for long-term usage.
Floatability: The material is light with independent cells. Hence it absorbs little water, and has good floatability. It is also a good material for rescue equipment.
Applications of SOFTWELL
For refrigerating air-conditioning: Widely used for heat and cold insulation in refrigerating and cooling equipment like water and wind pipes of large central air conditioning systems, cooling plants, refrigeration storage houses, ice water main frames, cooking machines, cold wind pipes, cold water pipes etc.
