Teflon, known as PTFE, is a commonly used material in fluorine polymers. Among thermoplastic resins, PTFE has excellent heat resistance, drug resistance and high cycle wave characteristics, as well as unique low friction and non-adhesion. Teflon belongs to none-melt-processible fluorine polymers, accounting for more than 60% of all fluorine polymers. Other fluorine polymers of melt-processible include PVDF, FEP, E-CTFE, PVF, E-TFE, PFA, CTFE-VDF, etc. PTFE is a fluorine polymer found, and its properties are better than other fluorine polymers.

PTFE MATERIAL

Resin Particles: Parts for casting, sheets and extruded tubes and rods, etc.

Powder: A thin sheet used for extrusion.

Water dispersion type: used in coating and fibre, manufacturing equipment.

Another filling grade PTFE is made of resin particles mixed with other fillers. The filler can enhance its mechanical properties without affecting the properties of the original resin.
