Solvent cement for PVC pipes

1. Technical standards and testing method:

2. Packing specification

The solvent cement is packed in 2 forms. Those are aluminum tube and tin can.

Method of joining uPVC pipes by the solvent cement:

Step 1: Wipe up the touching area between the pipe and the joint

Step 2: Mark the target joining area in the pipe

Step 3: Quickly apply the solvent cement to the inside and outside surface of marked joint

Step 4: Straightly push the lifting to the marked area without twisting

Step 5: Use the clean cloth to wipe up the surplus solvent cement on the joint.

Step 6: Once the joint is fixed, leave it to dry itself.

Note:

- Remember to recap after use. Keep out of reach of children.

- Avoid contacting with sensitive skin

- The redundant cement after sticking can destroy the joint.

Do not apply solvent cement excessively because the redundant cement will destroy the joint

Note:

- Solvent cement for PVC pipes of Hoa Sen is made in accordance with standard ASTM D2564-93

- The amount of solvent cement per each joint: the average amount for each joint of dip pipe accessories. For thin pipe accessories, the amount of solvent cement used for each joint is about 60% as the above table.
