Shandong Pangu Industrial established in 1966, with 54 years history, we produce and export axe, hammer, wrecking bar, crow bar, pickaxe, chisel and ladders.
We have own mold workshop,we could make all tools mold. We have 13 forging lines, including 5 Robot automatic forging lines with high efficiency, we will replace all forging lines to be robot automatic forging lines soon. The tools produced by robot forging lines have high precision, Uniform shape and Accurate size. Two automatic heat treatment machines with high efficiency. The tools hardness result met the standard. Five automatic polishing lines, the finish is beautiful and sharp blade; Two automatic powder coating lines.
Wood handle and fiberglass handle: We import hickory logs from USA, Ash logs from Germany, we have one year stock. We cut timber and produce handles, Handle humidity standard is 12-15%. We design and development fiberglass handle mold and do injection.
Pangu have own lab with complete test, could do analyse carbon steel components, pull apart test, hardness test, impact test, handle bending test, Salt spray test. We are sure each tool could reach the standard.
Pangu produce aluminium profile for ladders, we also have mold workshop, Ladder hinge and plastic part are designed, developed and produced by pangu factory.
We produce multi purpose ladder, telescopic ladder, combination ladder, step ladder, construction ladder, fiberglass ladder, steel ladder. Main market is Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Australia, stable quality, delivery in fast.
Pangu got official accreditation of ISO9001, BSCI, FSC, SEDEX. All axe and hammer, ladders have Germany GS certification.
