DY series tractor is rubber block caterpillar type which adopts double caterpillar hauling mode. DY-D series tractor is rubber belt type for plastic profile. It adopts twin rubber belt hauling mode. Both of these two series are used together with plastic extruder for hauling the plastic pipes, plastic flexible pipes and kinds of plastic profiles. The application range is wide and operation is easy. Our tractors can be driven in many different ways to meet almost all the requirements for extruding products. It is an necessary auxiliary machine for plastic extruding & processing.

1. Usage & scope of application
QG series cutter is saw blade type tracing cutter. The cutting mode is blade-lifting type. Normally it is used together with extruder for fixed length cutting of plastic products such as plastic pipes and profiles. The application range is wide and operation is easy.

Pneumatic compression is used to ensure high parallelism and precisely tracing.
It can receive all the cutting signal such as encoder, photoelectric switch, limit switch and proximity switch, etc.

Single/double disk winder machine for plastic soft pipe or seal strip profile

1． Usage & scope of application
Normally this machine is used together with our pipe production line. It is mainly used to collect the plastic flexible pipes and soft sealing strips such as aluminum-plastic compound pipe, crosslinked pipe, PE pipe and PVC pipe, etc. The machine will automatically collect and the winding speed is controlled by tension. Electromagnetic clutch is used to change the disk so as to make sure the machine can continuously work with nonstop. The arm of winding disk will open or close through pneumatic combination mode. The machine is fixed with ray creel stand for automatically pipe arrangement so as to make the pipe coil even and regular.
