Description by Manufacturer

Polished rod is an import part for connecting pump unites to sucker rod string in rod pumping system.Our factory can provide two sors of polised rod, general polished rod and one end upset type polished rod.They all are designed in accordance with API Spec 11B and are made of fine Cr-Mo alloy steel 42 CrMoA (equivalent to AISI 4140).
Polished rod is featured by high strength, good toughness, and smooth surfac and long service life .Its strength includes two grades (grade 1 and grade 2),its tensile strength is 655-1102 Mpa (95000-160000psi).
Anti-corrosion polished rod adopts Ni-Mo 20 Ni2MoA(equivalent to AISI 4620)cold - drawn, thread and surface polished work, moderate strength, toughness the surface is smooth, long life.
