TPU film sleeves/TPU ultra-thin film sleeves/Open-Type Polyester Film Sleeving/Open-Type Polyether Film Sleeves are very easy to be welded by high-frequency or hot pressing, and thus are widely used in inflatable products. TPU tubular film sleeves have excellent biocompatibility, are non-toxic, have no allergic reactions, no local irritation, and no pyrogenicity. They are currently widely used in medical, hygiene and related products as well as sports and protective equipment, such as Rehabilitation Pillow cores or Pillows, medical stretchers, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car seat materials, umbrellas, suitcases, ready made clothes, shoe materials, handbags, etc.

Product Application

Open Type Polyester Film Sleeving/Open Type Polyether Film Tubing have many excellent functions such as high water resistance, moisture permeability, wind resistance, cold resistance, antibacterial property, anti-mold property, heat preservation property and UV resistance.

Polyether TPU film Tube has been widely applied in various scenarios in the medical field that require protective functions such as breathability and antibacterial properties (such as medical pillows, medical mattresses, and medical stretchers), and has been widely used in medical care, sports and other fields.

Product Feature

1. TPU Ultra-Thin Film Sleeves has good water resistance under turbid conditions and will not undergo significant hydrolysis within 1 to 2 years, especially the polyether series is even better. The polyester series will completely decompose when soaked in water at 50℃ for half a year, or at 70℃ for three weeks, or at 100℃ for three to four days. This is one of the reasons why TPU is suitable as an environmentally friendly material.

For products that need to be in frequent contact with water, it is recommended to use the polyether series.

2. Heat resistance: TPU film sleeve can withstand temperatures up to 120℃ and cold up to -50℃.

3. TPU super-large size specification tube film sleeve has excellent corrosion resistance.

4. TPU film sleeves have excellent waterproof and moisture-permeable effects as well as antibacterial properties.
