Description

PI Varnish (Polyimide varnish ; ThermoPlastic Polyimide)
Its mechanical feature, electric insulating property and heat resisting property are great.
Continuous exhaust temperature is 350℃, momentary temperature is over 400℃.
It cannot be used for all kinds of organic solvents and it has resistance against the chemicals such as acid or alkali.

And now we are producing EPOXY RESIN, an insulator for RCC, FCCL and METAL PCB.

Also developing a thermal conduction epoxy, we apply it to METAL PCB and PACKAGE PCB petal, which required radiant heating features.

We are procuring the technology that coats metal on the surface of macromolecule based on the skills of producing and processing ROLL TO TOLL SPUTTER vacuum equipments.
Using the intensifying skill for adherence based on macromolecule surface process, we are intensifying the coherence with metal and this ability is applied to all electronic products.
